We originally brought our property from Ivan and Alyssa at Gibson Real Estate Agents and they went above and beyond to help us out with some pre approval's we required from Strata and to make the purchase process as smooth as possible, so it was a no brainer that we chose them to sell our property when the time came. Talking with Ivan and all of their agents and staff you feel like you have known them for a long time and immediately feel comfortable with their suggested approach on the sale process. At no point do you feel like they are 'salespeople' as their approach is spot on when dealing with sellers and buyers, they are so good at selling places that we have already purchased our new home which was also listed through Gibson Real Estate! We aren't in any way playing in the big end of the market and yet we felt like we were one of their top clients, amazing service all round and so friendly - no need to look anywhere else as you won't find this good of Agent and team to work with!
