Brilliant Friendly Professional Team
The team of Property Managers were outstanding!!! The team are very friendly, professional and classy!!! Right from the property inspection and how they conducted the COVID Safe inspection, to the application processes and then to picking up the keys. What a breath of fresh air!
We just leased a property with Gilbert + Younan and we have been very happy and impressed with the process so far. Olivia and Danielle have been extremely friendly and helpful and we appreciate their prompt and clear ways of communication. They have organised everything so well from the get-go and we feel confident that this will continue to be the case throughout our lease period. This is something we have missed in past experiences with real estate agents and it's definitely reassuring knowing that as tenants, we matter and are taken seriously. Following up on the day to day
Danielle Reynolds does an excellent job looking after us as clients and takes great responsibility in ensuring our tenants are taken care of.
