We are happy with Tanya managing our property. We have been landlords for many years and have experienced both good and not so good agents. Tanya is professional and knowledgeable. She is also thorough when it comes to doing final inspections, making sure that our assets are protected. We'd certainly recommend her to landlords needing a great agent.

We have had excellent experience dealing with Gilbert and Younan. This was our first time being landlords so we were not aware of all the details. Tanya did a fantastic job walking us through the process and providing timely communication during initial days while leasing of the property. Danielle has taken over property management from last 12 months and she has been very professional and extremely helpful while managing our property, She makes the process so easy for us and is very approachable. Thank you Tanya, Danielle and Team

We would highly recommend this realestate agency as we were always well informed, the staff (in particular Danielle) were happy to answer any questions and were always polite/friendly. We truly feel valued as tenants and not just another number. Thank you :)
