My fiance and I have been looking for a property for around a year. In that time, we have met countless agents at open houses and Real Estate Offices. Unfortunately I can not say there were very many that made us feel comfortable and gave the impression of being honest and upfront during the purchasing process. Many were still working under the 1980's style of "Smokes and Mirrors" selling which left us simply walking away from properties that could otherwise have been suitable. Blake immediately gave a very different impression. After meeting Blake at an open home for a property that was unfortunately too small for our needs, Blake took the time to ask questions and listen to what we were looking for. He suggested a property on his books that certainly met our needs on paper and organised a time for us to take a look. We ultimately ended up purchasing this property for two reasons. Firstly, it obviously met our needs. Secondly, during the entire negotiation process, Blake was always available to answer questions and was upfront and honest. What impressed me most was if he was unaware of an answer, he simply let us know and then found out the answer for us. We always new he was ultimately working on behalf of the vendor, but the fact that he treated us with respect the whole time made the process easy to complete. I asked Trent Mullen to sell my home in East Gosford as I had come across him several years earlier when I was looking to buy. Although I didn't buy the house he had listed at the time, Trent impressed me with his knowledge, expertise and professionalism. When it came time to sell my home, there was no question as to who I would ask to assist me. Trent advised me on how to prepare my home for sale, gave guidance on recent sales in the area and my expected price range, and put me in touch with other professionals to help get things into shape. Trent has an extensive network of tradies, which makes it easier to trust they will do their best work for me. When it was time for photos and marketing, again Trent arranged for a quality photographer to come out. The photographer was amazing - he moved furniture and accessories around to get the best shots, and turned things around quickly so ads could be placed online within a day or two. Once the house went on the market, Trent used his considerable database of buyers to ensure maximum interest was generated. I had two offers after the very first open house, and a contract within a week. Highly professional in every way, Trent earns his reputation every day and I highly recommend him for anyone considering selling their home.
