I have known Blake Stretton from Gittoes since I purchased a property through him back in 2014. In the five years since then he has been my go-to agent - after him taking such good care of me as a buyer I would find it hard to put trust in anyone else to look after the sale of my home. When considering putting my waterfront property in Green Point on the market, contacting Blake was my first priority. He helped me with the whole process of getting the house styled and ready for sale, and he even took it upon himself to assist me in getting the house tidy and ready prior to showing people through for inspections. It’s the little things like this that make him stand out as an agent and as a young man. It was Blake’s suggestion to put the property up for auction, which I agreed to. In addition to the normal signage and advertising, we also ran a social media campaign and Blake also managed to get my property on the front page of the Express Advocate Real Estate lift-out. To his credit Blake secured a wonderful offer – higher than I was expecting – prior to auction, which I accepted. Although selling is a stressful process, which is to be expected, it was still a great experience dealing with Blake - he took all the burden from me and allowed me to enjoy the remaining time in my home because I knew the sale process was in good hands. We hired Trent to sell our mothers deceased estate house. We do not live in the area so really needed an agent who we could trust to work in our best interests while we were not physically present. Not only did Trent present a very realistic and strategic sales approach but helped in so many ways with some very practical items such as taking the odd bit of furniture away etc. Trent was always up front with his expectations of the auction results and provided regular feedback/ advice to us. We ended up getting the top of our price range at the auction after many prospective buyers gave much lower price indications during the campaign due to the extent of work required on the house - confirming that the sales strategy Trent designed was the best one. I have dealt with many realtors over the years and had a range of experiences with them. My experience with Trent is the best to date.
