We hired Trent to sell our mothers deceased estate house. We do not live in the area so really needed an agent who we could trust to work in our best interests while we were not physically present. Not only did Trent present a very realistic and strategic sales approach but helped in so many ways with some very practical items such as taking the odd bit of furniture away etc. Trent was always up front with his expectations of the auction results and provided regular feedback/ advice to us. My sister and I had to sell our mothers house after her passing. The team at Gittoes were fantastic. They initially helped source Tradesmen for us for repairs and touch ups needed to get mums place ready. Also given most of the furniture was gone closer to the sale time, they arranged for photos that had furniture photo shopped in so buyers got an idea of how the rooms could look. They also arranged a great aerial photo of the whole property which was the main photo on the web and was tremendous. Sold the house in 3 days and got 76 k more than we had expected! What more can I say.
