Rirchard was exceptionally helpful with my purchase of my new property. He was willing to fit around my schedule so I could inspect the property when it was convenient for me. He made the process easy and was friendly in all interactions, which meant that I never felt uncomfortable or awkward at any time during the process of the purchase. I am very happy with where I have ended up and have already recommended him and the agency to some of my friends who have also been looking for properties.

I found Blake to be very professional and willing to provide a service and understanding for both the buyer and the vendor. I would find it hard to keep that balance yet Blake has the right personality to provide that level of service and uphold a kind yet professional manner. Well done.

I have known Blake Stretton from Gittoes since I purchased a property through him back in 2014. In the five years since then he has been my go-to agent - after him taking such good care of me as a buyer I would find it hard to put trust in anyone else to look after the sale of my home. When considering putting my waterfront property in Green Point on the market, contacting Blake was my first priority. He helped me with the whole process of getting the house styled and ready for sale, and he even took it upon himself to assist me in getting the house tidy and ready prior to showing people through for inspections. It’s the little things like this that make him stand out as an agent and as a young man. It was Blake’s suggestion to put the property up for auction, which I agreed to. In addition to the normal signage and advertising, we also ran a social media campaign and Blake also managed to get my property on the front page of the Express Advocate Real Estate lift-out. To his credit Blake secured a wonderful offer – higher than I was expecting – prior to auction, which I accepted. Although selling is a stressful process, which is to be expected, it was still a great experience dealing with Blake - he took all the burden from me and allowed me to enjoy the remaining time in my home because I knew the sale process was in good hands. Thank you Blake and the Gittoes team!

Blake’s experience in the Green Point market has granted him an unmatched awareness of what buyers want, making his advice to sellers on pricing and presentation an invaluable resource. Moderate in temperament and polite in tone, he gives buyers every opportunity to make their best offer. And sellers may be confident they have the best possible result. Thank you, Blake, for a wonderful job in the marketing and sale of my Green Point property. One open house, multiple offers and SOLD!

I was referred to Ingrid Osborn by a friend who told me Ingrid was the hardest working agent on the central coast. I totally agree with this assessment. Ingrid went above and beyond to find the right property for our family. She is incredibly well connected and respected. I found her to be genuine and trustworthy. I'd highly recommend Ingrid for buying or selling your property.

We hired Trent to sell our mothers deceased estate house. We do not live in the area so really needed an agent who we could trust to work in our best interests while we were not physically present. Not only did Trent present a very realistic and strategic sales approach but helped in so many ways with some very practical items such as taking the odd bit of furniture away etc. Trent was always up front with his expectations of the auction results and provided regular feedback/ advice to us. We ended up getting the top of our price range at the auction after many prospective buyers gave much lower price indications during the campaign due to the extent of work required on the house - confirming that the sales strategy Trent designed was the best one. I have dealt with many realtors over the years and had a range of experiences with them. My experience with Trent is the best to date.

I have had three recommendations from people close to me voicing positive feedback for Stephen from Gittoes. Also my own observations over the years living on the Central Coast, and as a builder, I obtained a greater knowledge of who I thought is most realistic, honest, forthright, and knowledgeable in real estate to sell our property. My wife and I chose Stephen from Gittoes based on the values mentioned along with a significant experience of the service provided, which you can only know after entering contracts and going through the process. We are very happy with our outcome. This is the second house sold through Gittoes and if there is another, we would have no hesitation in choosing Stephen from Gittoes again. Thank you and Regards, Kim Allen

Richard's local knowledge on the property market is highly commendable. He appraised our property at a higher price than the other appraisal we have got. He discussed the marketing strategy with us and made some recommendations that we fully took. He sold it at a good price with the contract exchanged 9 days after the first open house. He made the whole sales process as smooth and as stress free as possible. Thank you Richard !!!
