Given that it was a difficult market I appreciate that my house got sold at the price it did. However, I was misled from the start with Trent leading me to believe I would get a better figure, given the nine years I owned the house my return was minimal. In particular, the sale was to a long standing client of Trents who has multiple properties under his guardianship. I felt that Trent was working more for the buyer rather than me. I am disappointed in the lack of ethical standards shown.
