Blake is an outstanding real estate agent, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to manage the sale of their property. We have been so happy with the service that he has provided throughout the whole process. He is professional and has a fantastic knowledge of the area. He was always helpful, happy to answer any questions, and gave us some great tips for getting our property looking it's best. His communication was fantastic - he kept us informed throughout the entire process. He is friendly and approachable, and nothing is too much trouble for him. When it came down to the negotiation, he worked hard to get the best possible price for us. And not only that, but he managed to secure us a buyer within a matter of days, before our home was even advertised!! He made the whole process of selling much easier than we were expecting. We cannot recommend Blake highly enough!

Richard kept his job professional and got to the point. No time wasting or silly chat. In this busy world we need to get things done and I believe he is the right man for the job. Supportive and understanding, especially when we needed extra time for the cooling off. At no time did he stress us out or give us a hard time. Horray for Richard and his wonderful team. would recommend Gittoes to anyone buying or selling....

I bought and sold my property through Trent. He is honesty on pricing which is definitely the most important factor when we sell a property, otherwise, the property would drift around. Absolutely, recommend him.

Our particular investment property purchase via our SMSF fund was complex, and took more time than expected to get all finances and documentation set up. Trent had a great relationship with the vendor, and was able to manage them and the situation to keep everyone updated and aware of the process taking place, and eventually lead to a successful sale / purchase. Would definitely recommend Trent and the team at Gittoes.

Dealing with Stephen as our agent was an absolute please. As the owner of his own business, we feel that we received a far more personal and passionate level of attention and dedication than we would have had with other agents. Stephen possesses knowledge of selling an acreage on the Central Coast that is second to none. Every piece of advice he gave us during the process was invaluable and welcomed. And come auction day, well, what an auctioneer he is, absolutely captivating but crucially a tough negotiator too. He and his superbly talented co agent Ingrid Osbourne got us a result we were happy with and honestly, anyone who read this who is thinking of selling, believe us, don't look beyond Gittoes! They're AWESOME!
