Stephen impressed me from our very first meeting. He was professional prepared and showed me exactly where my marketing dollars were going. During the campaign there was regular communication - I was never left wondering where my campaign was at. On the day of the auction, despite the searing heat Stephen did not break a sweat. Blake is an excellent ambassador for Gittoes. He has a wealth of local knowledge with the ability to use this knowledge to the advantage of both the seller and the buyer. We were keen on a property that we knew would be in high demand. We simply had to have it, and Blake ensured that we did in fact, buy it. I felt we paid a fair price and obviously the vendor did as well. Blake controlled the negotiations as an honest professional and at all times treated us respectfully. On top of all that, Blake is a very likeable man and very, very good at what he does.

We have known Blake for the past five years and now feel he is less a real estate agent but a good friend. He has a lovely nature and is always professional, pleasant and very approachable. He stays in touch and is always very well informed on current market and sales. For Blake nothing is a problem, he remains calm and in control. He has excellent communication skills and replies promptly to all questions and keeps you very well informed throughout the whole stressful process of selling. Everything he organised was seamlessly and professionally performed from the photos to the signing of the contract. We were thrilled with the photos and video!
