He came prepared, listened, agreed and then acted, without doing any “salesman” spiel. Within 1 week it was on the market, with photos, plans, script, brochures, photo sign, priority listing on websites and emails to prospective purchasers on their data base. 3 days later at the open home we had five high offers that even had Trent amazed. Well over 1-2 years ago I happened to meet Trent Mullen at an open house in Gosford. He was friendly, enthusiastic and interested. He continued sending me updates of available listings for sale that related to what I was looking for. He continued building the connection and it was only just recently that I began looking for a property to purchase again where I made the decision that I would actually find something to buy this time. Trent kept me in the loop when the property I had requested to view was already under contract but when this fell through, he promptly notified me and I was able to fit the viewing in among others that had been organised back to back. His ability to follow up, deal with even the slightest lead and possibility and high level of patience and approachability made my decision to purchase this property easier.
