No agent/agency could have done better than Trent and Gittoes in selling our unit. We had full confidence in Trent. He came prepared, listened, agreed and then acted, without doing any “salesman” spiel. Within 1 week it was on the market, with photos, plans, script, brochures, photo sign, priority listing on websites and emails to prospective purchasers on their data base. 3 days later at the open home we had five high offers that even had Trent amazed. He then negotiated to get us the maximum price and a record for the age of the unit.
