Well over 1-2 years ago I happened to meet Trent Mullen at an open house in Gosford. He was friendly, enthusiastic and interested. He continued sending me updates of available listings for sale that related to what I was looking for. He continued building the connection and it was only just recently that I began looking for a property to purchase again where I made the decision that I would actually find something to buy this time.
