Ingrid Osborn came into our lives at a time of personal crisis - we had bought a new house and needed to pay for it! We are both elderly and don't text and don't understand the process of selling property. It was over the Christmas break , all the solicitors were closed and the Real Estates as well (including Gittoes!). Ingrid. Ame in with a quiet determination - positive thinking, her understanding and caring nature helped us to stay calm and positive. I grid even worked on her days off, in order to accomodate clients in order to get the result required - if someone wanted to view our property she didn't miss a chance, no matter what. Most of all(because we don't text) she kept us informed by telephone T all times sowe fully understood the situation. We finLly exchanged contracts leaving us 6 weeks to settlement, coinciding with the house which we are purchasing .
