Second time around we knew we had to have Trent and the Gittoes team on board again. Any boy did he deliver! We had high expectations and we couldn't be happier with the result delivered on auction day. The over reserve price obtained on the day is testament to the quality of the auction campaign run by Trent and the team.Trent is a legitimate agent and will always tell it like it is. This quality is extremely hard to find in an agent and is the number one reason we came back and will continue to trust Trent and the Gittoes team with our properties in the future. See you on the next one!

Stephen and his team did a great job and where there to answer questions and problem solve every step of the way. Our journey was a long one to find the perfect home - and that they did- and they stuck with us! our purchase was very smooth and our sale was efficient and effective at Christmas time too - when so many others had stopped for the year, Stephen and Blake hung in and ensured all was done. We have found ourselves at this new property so I wont be moving again but if I did... I know who Id trust to help. Thanks Guys

Hi, We purchased a property through Stephen Gittoe's and must say it was very straight forward in all respects. We felt comfortable and was pleased with the " Genuine" talk and discussion. Happy for anyone to contact us through Gittoe's regarding the process. Regards David Hillsmith

Trent and the Team at Gittoes came to us from a personal recommendation and from day one they had a good handle on how to present the unit to market to maximise it's sales value. They showed their clear knowledge of the local market and met or exceeded our expectations at every stage of the process. I would have no hesitation in suggesting that Trent be your first choice as a listing agent if you are selling a property in the East Gosford area.

We were very grateful that everything went so smoothly with our purchase because of Gittoes extraordinary arrangements and services, especially lady Ingrid Osborn. The welcome gifts in the house showed her generous hospitality and her professionally solving my continuous questions shows her fascinating personality. I would like to take this opportunity to express our great appreciation for Gittoes timely help and assistance.

Trent helped us sell our house and buy a new one. He listened carefully to what we needed (both in the selling and buying) and was an incredible help at every stage of the journey. He is fun to work with, and he made our house sale and search very enjoyable. He is very customer focused and knowledgeable about real estate. He took great care in all the paperwork and negotiation and was a great advocate for us. Most important, he helped us succeed in all our goals to sell our home, and purchase a new home with all the criteria we were looking for. If you are trying to find a good agent, look no further.

My husband and I are a relatively young couple and were looking for a lifestyle change from Sydney to Acreage at the Central Coast. Looking for a period 6 months (plus and additional 12months casually) we dealt with many of the Agents in the area. I can honestly say that dealing with Gittoes we felt they took us seriously from the start and gave us their time to understand what we were looking for. They also considered numerous options for us to look at, that would meet our desires. Ingrid was our main contact from the get go, and was excellent to deal with. Both Stephen and Ian were also great and provided us some more detailed information where requested and offered their support along the way. Unlike other agencies we were interacting with, Gittoes never made us feel inferior or like we were being taken for a ride. I would recommend Gittoes to anyone that is selling or buying on the Central Coast.

We had no hesitation to chose Richard to help us in selling our first little home. We purchased the property through Richard 6 years prior and never forgot how friendly and professional he was. We felt really relaxed and comfortable throughout the sale of our property as we knew Richard would be there to sort it all out. He had great knowledge in current market interests and trends . We would highly recommend Richard and the team at Gittoes Real Estate.
