I would personally like to thank Blake Stretton from Gittoes Real Estate for his outstanding professionalism in helping me with the recent purchase of my new home in Green Point. From the minute I met with Blake I felt as though I was in safe hands. He was never pushy, he was always extremely friendly and most importantly he was honest and genuine. Blake kept me fully informed during the whole process of the purchase. He made the whole process a breeze. He was generous with his time and I never felt rushed and no problem was too difficult for him. Blake Stretton is an exceptional agent, I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to speak with Blake from Gittoes Real Estate - he is definitely a rare find among real estate agents. - Fay

Blake is as down-to-earth and genuine as they come, we found Blake to be an absolute pleasure to deal with. He sold our property for a price far beyond anyone expected. Blake had complete and thorough knowledge of the market and the area we were selling in. His communication is second to none and he always made time for us leading up to and during the selling process. Blake would often reach out to us outside of his normal working hours to keep us up to date and informed every step of the way. Blake exceeded our expectations many times over. I couldn't recommend him highly enough or say enough good things about him and the way he handle our sale. Thank you Blake!

We have no hesitation in recommending Stephen Gittoes and Ingrid Osborn for their caring, thorough and professional approach to the auction of our property in Matcham. We found them to be easy to work with, responsive and very adaptable to our particular needs and timeframes. They showed good knowledge and advice on the best ways to showcase our property, were honest and realistic in their evaluations of the market and potential purchasers and in the end secured a good result at the eventual auction of our property.

My wife and I used Stephen Gittoes to sell our home last year. We found him and his team to be very professional. They always did what they said they would do. Communication with us was excellent. It can be a stressful process especially at the end when the final negotiations are taking place. During this period we really appreciated Stephen's advice and guidance. Very sensible. If we sell again we will use Stephen and would be happy to recommend him. Michael Hayes

We would like to thank you and your team for a job well done in regards to the marketing and sale of our property at Somersby. It isn’t an easy decision to relocate when you have lived in your home for 30 years and with the thought of downsizing in mind we needed to find an agent that would draw on their understanding of rural properties and market our home correctly. We feel that we made the right decision in choosing the team at Gittoes as your advice and guidance through the process was invaluable in helping us achieve a successful outcome. We would highly recommend you and your team to anyone that is contemplating selling their property.
