Kelvin turned out to be the best agent we have ever used. As a retired property valuer with a background in State and Federal valuing agencies I have lived with the property industry and real estate agents most of my working life. Some are good and others not so good when it comes to skills and integrity. Kelvin turned out to be a beauty. He had such a good level of local sales knowledge and transaction details. He knew the pluses and minuses of all sales which allowed him to list our property accurately. I knew that accurate listing provides a quicker sale and reduces greedy speculation that more often than not bogs the selling process as prospective purchasers are usually not mugs and have done their research. We also had a few hassles with the purchaser who was trying to use the building inspection to pressure us into a reduced selling price. Kelvin showed his excellent negotiation skills and eventually guided us past the issue and we were able to retain our selling date and avoid bank finance. If we ever sell again I would be hoping to get someone as good as Kelvin to sell our property in Gympie where we now live.
