I selected Anthony from three agents I had interviewed. Can’t fault him in any way. Explained all costs and procedure in a clear, methodical and organised manner. Addressed all my queries. Left no stone unturned and meticulously followed up each and every step A gem suddenly appeared for sale and I had to decide if I should buy it stat THEN put mine on the market! Anthony covered all potential outcomes from worst case scenario to mid to best case. He left me feeling realistically informed. His manner was professional at all times but totally engaging and comfortable. Always impeccably presentable! Most notably - immense trauma entered my personal life immediately after initial contact with Anthony so the timing was totally disastrous. I was extremely indecisive and distracted. I was up front with him and felt no pressure from him to force a decision. I wasn’t able to contain myself during all our dealings and burst into tears on several occasions. Anthony was faultless in response and we were able to continue calmly and productively. Finally (phew!) I would highly recommend Anthony to any potential purchaser or vendor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Anthony to sell your home. He was always calm, quietly spoken, but at the same time getting the facts across to you. While I had the house on the market he constantly phoned to let me know what was happening with potential buyers, and gave me advice. Anthony was great to deal with, this is the fourth home I have sold and by far has been the easiest . Anthony's knowledge of the market was spot on, I got what Anthony estimated we would get.
