We were very happy that we chose to list our home with Anthony Birt. He was very professional with great knowledge of the current market and a great communicator. He explained the whole sale process in depth and then even more importantly, did everything that he said he would do. We had three open for inspections resulting in a sale at a price we were very happy with. He phoned us with feedback after each inspection, then when we received two offers for our home he negotiated a higher offer from our buyer and an extended settlement date. Anthony was great at assisting us purchase our first home with his extensive market knowledge, flexibility to fit us in for multiple inspections, communicating our queries between us and the sellers and most of all his efficiecy! Anthony was incredible handling prompt communication between the seller, our broker and conveyencer and ourselves making the process so much easier than what we were preparing for.
