I selected Anthony from three agents I had interviewed. Can’t fault him in any way. Explained all costs and procedure in a clear, methodical and organised manner. Addressed all my queries. Left no stone unturned and meticulously followed up each and every step A gem suddenly appeared for sale and I had to decide if I should buy it stat THEN put mine on the market! Anthony covered all potential outcomes from worst case scenario to mid to best case. He left me feeling realistically informed. His manner was professional at all times but totally engaging and comfortable. Always impeccably presentable! Most notably - immense trauma entered my personal life immediately after initial contact with Anthony so the timing was totally disastrous. I was extremely indecisive and distracted. I was up front with him and felt no pressure from him to force a decision. I wasn’t able to contain myself during all our dealings and burst into tears on several occasions. Anthony was great to deal with, this is the fourth home I have sold and by far has been the easiest . Anthony's knowledge of the market was spot on, I got what Anthony estimated we would get.
