Gold City Realty were great with communications, especially when dealing with a Body Corporate. The overall sale of the Unit, once evaluated, was only weeks before first offer. In a Timeframe, Is was about 12 months, with the negotiations and financing, however, it was pleasant in the end, being a smooth transition .
