Purchasing a property in Charters Towers was going to be a difficult process for me, due to my work and location. Or so I thought. From start to finish, Ryan and the entire team at Gold City Realty made the process not only easy, but enjoyable, which was a very pleasant surprise to me. Ryan was friendly, honest, had great knowledge of the property I ultimately purchased, and was always willing to help. In retrospect, I can’t see it having gone as smoothly as it did without Ryan’s assistance. I would highly recommend Ryan and the Gold City team, whether looking to buy, sell or rent. Well done, and thank you for making it a memorable experience.

Ryan was a great help to us when purchasing our first home. He provided us with details of a lender before we were even looking, and then was so helpful showing us properties once we started our search. Negotiations were quick and painless and we were on our way to owning our own home within a month! We couldn't have done this without Ryan's help. He was able to walk me through every step of the way and was very supportive. Highly recommend using Ryan for the purchase of a new home.

Ryan was very confident that he would sell our property quickly and that is exactly what he did. He positioned our property in the market and quickly identified potential purchasers suited to our property and asking price. His enthusiasm is contagious and he is a natural sales person with solid skills in the real estate business. Gold City Real Estate also supported us in finding a rental property to allow us to move out relatively quickly. GCRE are great but Ryan is the star in our view.

Ryan was very pleasant and gave us 110% of his time and patience. His local knowledge of properties for sale was welcomed. He did not rush through any inspection and gave us time to look about. He gave very honest answers when questioned on certain areas. Very pleasant and patient salesperson.
