Ryan was very confident that he would sell our property quickly and that is exactly what he did. He positioned our property in the market and quickly identified potential purchasers suited to our property and asking price. His enthusiasm is contagious and he is a natural sales person with solid skills in the real estate business. Gold City Real Estate also supported us in finding a rental property to allow us to move out relatively quickly. GCRE are great but Ryan is the star in our view.
