This is a difficult review to write. Generally, we found Ryan quite accommodating, however, all the good work was marred by a single episode while securing finance approval. Specifically, the phone conversation admonished me for lack of communication, only to find that our solicitor had provided this relevant information via email, and I had also sent an SMS to Ryan. To make it worse, Ryan failed to acknowledge that the seller was also not communicating effectively. Despite signing the contract on 28/12/2024, with solicitors and accountants closed until 06/01/2025, we still managed to settle within 60 days, proving we made every effort to ensure the contract settled ASAP.
