I'd just like to write a small thank you to Adrian and Matt for their outstanding service and the way they handled themselves in the sale of our biggest asset. My wife and I were unsure of how to go about getting our property in front of developers, as its a double block and we didn't want to advertise. So we were recommended to Adrian and Matt. They contacted us and did all the leg work and presented our property to a number of their contacts. It didn't go to plan. But they persisted and came back with numerous proposals. So as to get us the best deal possible. They fought tooth and nail to get the figure we were looking for and I personally don't think we would of got this service at another agency. The boys are very professional and always presented very well. Very polite and no question or query was too big or small. They have continued to help us right through the contract process. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone I know looking to sell a property. And especially if it's an off the market deal like we did. The process has been effortless on our behalf.
