My Mother purchased her home from Gavin Coyne back in 2001. Gavin was so easy to deal with. He kept in touch with my Mum over the years and she always commented to me when she received his letters how he was such a nice person. It just seemed to make sense when Mum passed away in 2012 to put the sale of her home in Gavin's hands. He made a very emotional time for me so much easier through his caring nature and understanding ways. He was prompt, thorough and a real pleasure to do business with. When we purchased our home over 10 years ago, Gavin listened to what our family needs were, what our financial situation was, and more importantly what our desires were. Then Gavin helped us to find the perfect home for our families practical needs and what were looking for aesthetically, and at a price we were well able to afford. We were so impressed with Gavin at the time we promised to call him if we ever decided to sell our home. 10 years on, the kids having left home, work more than 45mins away, it was time to sell. No fuss, no stress, house on the market and sold within 3 weeks, price achieved and Gavin took care of everything from arranging conveyancing to keeping the lawns mowed. I'm not sure what Gavin's middle name is, but I'm guessing it begins with integrity and ends with integrity. (Very highly recommended)

I was most impressed with Grants' handling of the sale of my house in Narre Warren. Gavin Coyne was remarkable in that he empathised with me and the clients viewing the house, as well as showing the utmost respect for the tenants who occupied my property. He kept me informed about all viewings and offers around the clock, even on Sundays. I felt as if I were the only one selling a house through Grants, such was the attention afforded me by Gavan. He did not pressure me to accept offers below my expectations and held out until I got what I wanted. Also, because I had such reliable and trustworthy tenants, I wanted what was best for them. Thanks to Gavan's understanding of the buyer's preferences, the tenants were able to stay on, so the outcome was perfect for me, the buyer and the tenants. Such was Gavan's knowledge of the local market, that I got the highest possible price for my property, just as he had predicted. In addition, due to Gavan's recommendation, all legal matters and conveyancing, were handled by skilled, yet reasonably-priced parties. I am one satisfied vendor!
