This was not an easy house to sell,Gary's persistance and professional approach delivered a result
Although in a good location ,and the house had some negative aspects and required hard work to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. Gary and Cate attended to the sale with enthusiasm and good local Knowledge and we would seek their assistance again with confidence. C&J Milne.

Excellent service from start to post sale.
The whole team was great. Easy going and friendly, not pushy and very honest with the information. David and his team helped us get a very quick settlement and were always available to answer questions and respond to our needs. Highly recommend them. Other agents in the area were not as helpful as Great Ocean Properties.

Excellent, defenately will use him again.
Gary sold our house at Kennet river in only a few days which really surprised us. Gary researched possible buyers from his data base, and contacted several interested parties wanting to purchase in our area. The whole process of selling our house was the best we have ever experienced. Not only the professionalism of the transaction but communication and information was just excellent.
