Communication was always clear and prompt, and the whole experience felt really calm and smooth
Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Monique was always responsive, had great knowledge, and was consistently kind and supportive, which made everything much smoother. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and keeping me updated at all times. I would also like to appreciate the agency for their high standard of service. The company was efficient, well organised, and professional throughout, and it’s clear they care about their clients and the quality of their work.

The Green Street Property was very professional and cooperative to deal with the property.
They are very responsive, knowledgeable, have strong negotiative skills. As soon as I applied to rent for the property, they reviewed my documents, liaised with landlord and asked me for additional documents to finalise their decision. The process was quite systematic and transparent which is wortappreciating.

Thourough and Organised
Hannah is a clear communicator, professional and easy to work with. She answered all my questions and concerns while being very responsive and helpful. When completing the inspection report, they were extensive in their photos and honest about the property and its condition which I appreciate. Jayden has been amazing managing our properties
Jayden's communication is brilliant. He is managing two very different properties for us whilst we are overseas. It is very important to us to have someone we trust to look after our properties and our tenants appropriately and fairly. Responsive, reliable service and a clean, spacious property
The team was very responsive and quick to reply to emails, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The property itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Whenever there were any maintenance issues, they handled them properly and promptly, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would recommend them.
