The trading name is GREENWOOD GROUP REALTORS and its main focus being Brand New housing in the North West Region of Sydney - in the Hills Shire. The aim of the company is to grow its size and services to produce the most efficient real estate office in the Hills.
The founder, Tim Foster-Greenwood, has been in the real estate industry since January 1982 and opened offices in KELLYVILLE in January 2002. He has set many acreage sale records in Kellyville and in Rouse Hill. Marketing projects we have been involved with have been 91 townhouses in FAIRWAY DRIVE, and 11 townhouses in KELLYVILLE RIDGE. In the second half of 2016 - 90% of all our land stock was sold at record prices - namely 2 Hillview Road, North Kellyville,14 x 500 m2 lots , 12 and 19 Arnold Ave , Kellyville where we sold 30 x 700 m2 lots and then 9 x 700 m2 lots at 3 FAIRWAY Drive - the last one selling for $1,202,000 for 940 m2.
During a very successful 2017 we sold 60 lots out of 72 lot subdivision off Terry Rd Box Hill , 36 lots out of 40 lots x 700m2 lots off Balmoral Rd, Kellyville , Houses in Kellyville from $1,085,000 up to $1,650,000 and currently selling an OVER 55's development in Dural consisting of 22 Villas and 48 apartments. Our northern office at Bligh Park office regularly sells two homes a month in the range $500,000 to $900,000 and this is where the majority of our property management team are located.
Our listings are spread throughout the North West from Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Box Hill, Schofields, Riverstone, Bligh Park , South Windsor,McGraths Hill and consist of brand new homes, off the plan developments and acreage sales for subdivision and second hand homes . We have a number of new sites on the drawing board - and we are eagerly awaiting the DA' approvals as the market is RUNNING HOT.
Our property management division is increasing monthly with over 220 managements and we are looking to increase market share in managements and second hand home sales.
