We find Greg and Kim to be beacons of calm efficiency in a (real estate) world so often characterised by hyperbole and push. He seems always to get within a whisker of the asking price, which would indicate that he has not given a "come in spinner" price, but an honest assessment of what he thinks the property is worth. Listed and sold within a week. Not every sale might be quite so quick, but even accounting for an element of luck, it speaks of meeting the market and doing the job well. He negotiated from a 'cheeky' offer right up to within a few thousand dollars of what we had asked. Nice people to deal with. They listen and they think before they speak.
