When we decided to list our property for sale the biggest decision was who to use to handle our sale ,as IHad previously worked in the Real Eastate industry I was well aware of agents I would not use , which narrowed the field, after some research from colleagues Greg's name was often mentioned, having known Greg for some years and had dealings with him whilst we were both in different vocations IWas comfortable having him as our agent . Right from the start Iwas impressed with his professionalism and positive attitude , although maybe a bit skeptical about his suggested asking price I thought we can always reduce it , however this was not to be the case and the price he achieved was well above my expectations, all in all it was the smoothest sale or purchase I. have had , he kept in touch every week and after every inspection and sold it well within my hoped for time frame .
