From the very beginning of our contact he listened to our thoughts and plans and gave us valuable advice about the sale of our home. We never felt like we were lost in the crowd. He knew our home inside out. We felt very confident giving Greg our keys and he always left the house secure. Greg's estimate of our final sale price was spot on - right in the middle of his anticipated price range after two weeks on the market. Greg's communication skills were greatly appreciated. Our situation was centred around the sale of a villa in Port Macquarie to enable my mother-in-law (client) to relocate to Perth WA and be closer to us. Greg was recommended by other family members for his professional profile in the industry and his fixed fee advertising. The client made the final selection after meeting Greg based on his quiet ability to listen to the needs of an 80 year lady. She felt comfortable with his gentle yet firm style coupled with his obvious expertise in the local area. The outcome was amazing with the villa being sold before the first home open at the asking price! The nice touches which followed were also appreciated such as dropping in from time to time to give updates or check on our packing progress. Face to face contact was noted. The girls in the Trembath office were very helpful including sending a CD of photos to Perth. Well Done Greg - the client is very pleased!

No hard sell from Kim. Very knowledgable about the property. Pleasant and very accommodating. Only problem I had as a buyer I paid the price the Seller expected. So, when ever I sell I know I have a good Agent that will look after me.
