From start to end, Gavin did a fantastic job. He took us through the current market, giving us a feel for where our property might sit within that space. He then walked us through the available sale strategies and proposed the auction strategy for our property. Never having been through this before we had a lot of questions, and Gavin answered them all for us with great patience & clarity. The guides that Gaurdian provided for preparing the property for sale were excellent. We committed ourselves to doing everything we could to present the property well for sale. That, combined with the fantastic effort of the Gaurdian team led to a great result on the day. Being able to leverage the multiple Guardian teams from around the area meant that the interest and level of inspections was really strong. What we appreciated most was the weekly reports and updates on the campaign from Gavin. Being able to see feedback on the property, and get a feel for how the campaign was going was excellent. As the campaign progressed we gained better feeling of where the market was at, and this helped us to walk into the day of Auction prepared and with realistic views of how the auction might progress. On the day of sale, Gavin was in his prime, setting up the pre auction inspections, liaising with the auctioneer, liaising with us, and facilitating with the prospective buyers. Gavin has made the sale of our biggest investment a smooth process, and this is a real credit to him.

I found Ben to be excellent. He was both attentive and excited at our first meeting and offered some great advice and ideas around little things we could do to get the best value out of our property before it went to market. He then followed that up with regular and consistent feedback on the progress of the sale process and backed that up by providing regular data reports to show the level of enquiry from potential buyers. He remained positive at all times whist the property was up for sale and that gave us a lot of confidence about selling it for the price that we wanted. We always felt that he was working for our best interests at all times and would thoroughly recommend him and his agency.

Found Joel to have an extremely good understanding of the local housing market.Communication skills second to none.Selling your house is a very stressful time,but Joel was always understanding of our concerns and worries and able to give positive feedback putting both my wife and myself at ease.Have used Joel twice now to sell our previous home and the the one we just sold and could not ask for a more professional service.Would highly recommend Joel to anyone looking to buying or selling their home.
