We listed a property for sale through Ben, he was very diligent, professional and kept us informed throughout the campaign. Unlike many agents that win contracts by over valuing the property, Ben placed a very real value on the property. During the campaign, we received offers through Ben, to his credit he advised that those offers were too low and unrealistic, he suggested that we hold off. Most agents would have been telling us to accept so they get paid. If I have another property in the area I would not hesitate to sell through Ben again. The day we exchanged, it was Saturday at approximately 6pm, Ben stayed back to ensure contract was exchanged, we could not have asked for more! Thank you Ben!

As he grew up and went to school in the area he has a very sound knowledge of what he is selling. We only had a very short turn-around time for the property we were buying and he went out of his way to be available when it was needed, including out of hours time.
