Great Result!

I would like to place on record my sincere thanks for Joel Green’s efforts in selling my TownHouse at Round Corner recently. I reside in Melbourne so I particularly appreciate the no nonsense straight forward approach taken by Joel, his honest appraisal of the value of the property and the detailed outline of the process involved in marketing and selling same whilst all the time maintaining a good relationship with my Tenant. Whatever he advised was considered advice and made this normally stressful transaction a breeze - to the extent that it was not necessary for me to travel to Sydney during this entire procedure. The fact that the property sold for a margin well above his appraisal figure within a few days of the one open for inspection day was particularly gratifying. Before deciding to place the property on the market I had met with Joel some 9 months prior and in the lead up to offering up the property he was extremely diligent in keeping me appraised of the local property market conditions, recent sales etc. I would recommend to anyone looking for a property in the area or indeed proposing to sell one that they make contact with Joel – based on my experience they will not be disappointed
