Ingrid and Jade did an excellent job in selling our home. We found them very helpful in providing advice and assistance to get the house ready for sale. Their work in marketing the property was very good, and they were able to bring in buyers from other areas in which they focus on, which was helpful. Their communication post showing was excellent, clearly informing us of the genuine buyers that went through and their follow up actions. They did an exceptional job in closing the sale, generating competition between buyers which resulted in a material increase in price. Our home was a little unusual, making it probably more difficult to sell than other houses in the area, and we were selling in a bit of a difficult market, so it's a testament to their hard work that they were able to get the house sold for the right price on time. Well Done!

This is the second time I have dealt with Ingrid and I can totally recommend her expertise and service. Ingrid and Jade were invaluable with expert knowledge of how to best present and market my property for sale. Beyond just great advice, they were able to coordinate trades and suppliers to complete presale improvements which was a huge help as I am based in the country. With honest advice we were able to set a fair market price and a great marketing plan had my property sold in a few weeks. I would definitely recommend Ingrid and Jade for a no fuss real-estate sales or purchase experience.
