Ingrid and Jade couldn't have made the process of buying our home any easier. As first home buyers we were anxious (to say the least) as to what would be involved in the weeks before settlement. However from the initial offer, to the day of settlement, they provided constant communication, and gave clear instructions on what was required for each step of the buy. The entire service felt very personal, and that made the buying process really comfortable for us. It has been a journey purchasing our first home, and Ingrid and Jade certainly made sure it wasn't a stressful one.

We engaged the services of Ingrid and Jade from The Property Exchange to sell our townhouse in Leederville. Knowing that the Perth market was slow at the time we were looking for both sound advise and a realistic valuation in order to sell our property quickly and at a good price. After visiting the property for the first time Ingrid and Jade highly recommended the use of interior designers to furnish the vacant property before going to market. In addition they made several useful suggestions in how best to present the property for sale. These ideas and suggestions made perfect sense so we decided to follow through with them. This culminated in a very quick sale at a very good price with the property selling in the first home open weekend. Ingrid and Jade provided very regular feed back during the entire sale process. Their ability and willingness to deliver what they what they said they would do was perhaps the stand out feature of the whole process. I highly recommend Ingrid and Jade as real-estate agents. Their knowledge of the market, advise on presentation and pricing our property to sell was right on the mark. When one decides to sell a property, they want it sold now , not to have it sitting in the market loosing interest. I recently sold my house in West Leederville through Ingrid and Jade. I have been a client of Ingrid's for many years and trusted her. She and Jade work in tandem, therefore, there was always one of them available. They were both very professional and their advice on marketing, home opens and their client material was perfect and much appreciated. The brochure, signboard etc were fantastic and showed the house to its best advantage. Both Ingrid and Jade provided feedback after home opens which kept my optimism up. It sold quickly - the house presented well and they are the experts in West Leederville and have a large client base. This is important as after our very first meeting they had clients in mind for the house. The sale of the house was due to a relationship break-up and Ingrid and Jade were cognisant of the situation. They were very skilled and professional in negotiating with both parties. At times they had to walk a fine line and at no time did their professionalism waver. Our property was an inner city house that we bought, subdivided and spent a f3ew years renovating renovated the 100+yr old house. There were no real comparable sales in the area to gauge value, so during this time I scanned Real Estate websites weekly to monitor the market. At this stage I wasn't even looking for an agent. It quickly became obvious that Ingrid's listings seemed to sell quicker and her ads presented and read better than other agents selling in the area. I kept watching and by the time we were ready to sell the decision was clear. Dealing with Ingrid was a pleasure. She bought such energy to the process and was proactive in keeping us informed throughout. Her sales strategy and recommendation to engage interior designers to stage our home paid huge dividends. We had huge numbers through our first home open, 4 offers presented Sunday and by Monday we accepted an offer 5% over asking! And in a "buyer's market"! 10/10 would recommend.

When considering an agent to sell my investment property I was very confident in my selection of Ingrid. I knew that she had a wealth of experience in the industry and she had been with the same respected agency for many years. She also had extensive knowledge of the locale in which my property was situated and was discerning in her evaluation of the state of the market and buyer tendencies in the current economic climate. Ingrid's advice was never prescriptive but was always consultative and positive. I always felt very much part of the process. Decisions were made as a partnership rather than as an agent/client. Teamwork and communication were very important elements in in all aspects of the proceedings. Questions and queries from me were never considered irrelevant and were quickly followed up face to face or electronically in a polite manner. This was replicated by all staff at The Property Exchange which also had a good ambiance and, once again, a vibe of relaxed, friendly and efficient teamwork. The professional, collective efforts resulted in the selling of my property in a relatively short period of time with no glitches along the way. Although the climate was not at its best for selling I feel fortunate that my decision of agent choice was pivotal in the professional, expeditious and positive outcomes achieved.
