When I was approached by Yasantha while carrying out repair work on my unit in readiness to put it on the market, I was impressed by the confident way he introduced himself. I also saw the results of the sale of a couple of units behind mine which sold fairly quickly and my gut instinct told me that this guy would get the best price in the quickest possible time My current agent was Barry Plant who was so negative re the sale of the property and wanted me to list it for $350K+. Yasantha had no hesitation in 370K+ and within 2 weeks the unit was sold. The commission rate and advertising costs were aggressively competitive I rate very highly Yasantha's attitude and approach and would not hesitate to recommend him or go to him again should I require to venture into real estate again or have to sell my own property where I currently live

Hi, I can't talk highly enough of Leigh. I wish the best of luck to him for a great committed effort by him and his team. I wanted to sell my property and had shortlisted him from one of the prospective sales agents. He being the most pro-active and helpful of the lot not only organised some of the minor repairs needed for the property but also was quite realistic in price estimates. He was very friendly, honest and upfront in his dealings and the fee they charged was one of the most reasonable in the market. The adage " You pay for what you get" sounds right only if you find the right person to deal with. Sometimes you need to pay more for less of what you could actually get and I believe I found the right person given my property in Dandenong and the value I could get. Leigh believed he could find a buyer within 3 weeks and he did. Good job mate and congratulations to you and your team. GREAT EFFORT. Unlike other agents's front staff who do not provide access easily to the agents and managers, Kaitlyn always passed my messages across and was quite friendly and polite over the phone. She oozed a feel good factor of helpfulness. I came to them looking at one of the many positive reviews online and have not been let down. Quite happy & Satisfied, much recommended. In today's world satisfaction is something that is rare and non-existent. I was not only happy & satisfied with their efforts but, Hall & Partners in reality exceeded my expectations.
