Mick was very professional and honest in his appraoch to the selling of my property. Communication was excellent and the phone calls after open days were much appreciated. He was able to negotiate a selling price that I was very happy with and when it appeared that the purchasers had some independent issues (they still wanted to purchase the property) and were going to withdraw from the contract, Mick supported them and myself to a successful conclusion for all parties. Contrary to the general (not so great) opinion of Estate Agents, Leigh was a pleasant surprise to deal with. He came across as (and was) genuine and uncomplicated to deal with.
