When I decided to choose Leigh as my agent at first, I thought this very website ratemyagent, and his rating was quite high. I made a call and asked a few questions, which the answer was sensible. So I tried Leigh's service of selling my unit in noble park. After he appraised the unit, he gave me a certain figure of price as well as the time period to sell it, and the best thing was it become the truth. The price and time to sell were pretty correct according to his marketing prediction. So we didn't waste our time by using this agent. One more thing I have to mention here is he always return my calls in a short term, never need to worry if he missed my information. He sounds positive every time he talked in the phone too.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Leigh and his assistant Chen during the sale of my house. They were able to negotiate an offer on the house within 4 days of the house being on the market, and before the first open house. They were never pushy, and more than patient with us and gave us a few days to make the right decision. We got exactly what was promised, and they did not under deliver. I found them approachable and easily contactable, and was never waiting hours for a response unlike other agents I have dealt with in the past. I would definitely go to Leigh as a first point of contact if I was to buy another property in the future.

Oh where to start, I can not emphasize how amazing this guy is!!! The amount of effort he puts into his work is incredible. From the moment I walked into his branch and sat down with him I knew that I was safe and in good hands. As a first home buyer I had sooo much questions and such little knowledge about the whole process of purchasing a house. However Leigh explained in detail to a point I went home able to say I KNOW WHAT TO DO. I can not thank him enough. Mick provided us with excellent service and in particular communicated with us on every step of the sale process. Mick also went beyond our expectations in regard to negotiating the potential sale of our property with those who did not quite understand the NRAS scheme and its implications. To whom it may concern. When we had to sell my fathers house Mick Whelan was selling a house across the road. He was happy to come across and give us appraisal on the property.
