Sold at Auction
I engaged Sam Oborn to sell my mothers property which had been in the family for over 65 years. The property had its challenges in that it was a detonate or renovate as it was pretty much in the original state. Sam's marketing campaign was handled professionally at all times and I was kept in the loop on all opens and feed back on prospective buyers comments. The property was passed in at auction however Sam worked until late on Saturday night to get the property over the line with an extra $20,000.00 which was a great result. I would highly recommend Sam to any prospective vendors as he will handle the marketing campaign professionally at all times and he is a pleasure to deal with. I own a real estate agency in Canberra so I had high expectations of how I wanted the sales process handled and Sam did not disappoint. The sales process in SA is completely different to the way we handle. Sam explained all the steps as we went to market. Sam delivered on service and that is what I am big on. Sam will work to get the deal and the best result completed in a timely manner.

House sale
Sam was a very hands on and easily accessible agent. He offered good advice and was always friendly and amicable He took time to know his product "my home" and was a great negotiator with prospective buyers on my behalf . Effective, efficient and great to deal with for an A+ result.
Im ecstatic with the time, effort, care and negotiating that Sam put forward whilst marketing my property and it showed with the overall result which I'm pleased with. Sam understood my viewpoint: I wanted a quick, sell as is type sale because physically I am unable to do many things and had a retirement village unit on hold which I did not want to lose.
