Could not have had a more capable, understanding, adaptable and helpful agent!
Sam understood my viewpoint: I wanted a quick, sell as is type sale because physically I am unable to do many things and had a retirement village unit on hold which I did not want to lose. He and his team were extremely supportive and helpful, far beyond what i expected of a real estate agent. Thank you Sam!
