After deciding to put our rental property on the market in January, 2016 we approached Mike Nowotny for advice as to how best bring the property up to a standard whereby it would sell quickly and for the best price. He visited the property and went through both the inside and outside offering suggestions to improve the property's presentation. We followed his advice and the property went on the market soon after. Mike immediately organised all advertising and within a week he had held one home open and had two private showings. He received feedback from these and advised us to lower our price in the current market. We did so and following another home open and a number of other private showings during the following week, an acceptable offer was put forward and we accepted. The buyers had only recently moved from overseas and subsequently there were delays in settlement, but Mike consistently queried the delays and kept us informed. His approach and the subsequent result impressed us and we would both use his services again and recommend him to others.

When first considering selling my investment property I decided to have a wander through the local area to determine if there were many proprties for sale.
