Had 2 agents before Matt, one who did nothing to attract the buyers, and didn't seem interested in even selling our house, another who just wanted to talk himself up. We chose Mike as our agent to sell our home in Landsdale as he is extremely familiar with the area. What we didn't know about Mike was how good he is at selling houses. Prior to listing our house Mike met with us discuss the process and how things would operate. He kept us fully informed at all times either by a call , text or email. When we received our offer after only about 10 days listing Mike demonstrated his negotiation skills with the buyer to attain an offer we were happy with. From the time the offer was accepted , to finance approval and settlement Mike always kept us fully informed of what was happening and what the next steps would be.
