Having spent quite a while evaluating different regions and options for us to downsize, we settled on a preferred area started searching for the right property. That's where Mike came into the picture. So much so that we listed with Mike before travelling overseas, in case the right property became available while we were away. The process can be extremely stressful however we can say that at no time, were we unsure or in doubt about the next steps due to Mike's preparation and diligence. In Sales there are two types of reputation. One is the reputation that individuals earn, whilst the second is a reputation that is given, not always for the right reasons.
