Highly recommend
I highly recommend Kirrily as an agent. She is incredibly competent and thorough. I wanted to sell my investment property, it was not the easiest task as I reside overseas and I had some difficult tenants in the property. Kirrily held my hand through the entire process which I really appreciated as a first time seller. She made the process very easy considering the issues at hand.

Great experience with best outcome
My family have used Dave Brewer and Tim Tolley from Force Real Estate many times over the years in selling and buying homes. Wonderful experience selling our rental!
This is the second time we have had dealt with David Brewer and the team from Force Real Estate. 10 years ago we bought our current house through David Brewer and had such a positive experience that we wanted to enlist him again to sell our rental property in Greenwood. David is very knowledgeable about the market and guided us a long to the way with expert advice in order to sell for a price we were happy with. He made the process of selling a rental property with the hope of the current tenants staying on very easy and he listened to what we as the sellers wanted. David was able to sell the property very quickly and worked hard on our behalf to get the best price possible. Very professional and knowledgeable about real estate in our area.
As we live in Melbourne, we were reliant on agent that was familiar with the area and would also keep us informed with the progress of the sale process. We began communicating with Courtney a few months before the property went on the market. She kept in regular contact with us even though we were travelling and not always readily available. The sale went through very quickly and without a hitch. Courtney made the whole experience stress free and the end result was well beyond our expectations.
