I have resided at a property managed by Claire Keane for a little over a year and have found her to be most helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic. Communication is clear, concise and timely and I have found her collaborative approach to challenges very refreshing. Inspections are made with the minimum of impact, with plenty of notice and maintenance issues are also attended to efficiently which is so very appreciated as a tenant. Claire seems to liaise between myself and our property owner with ease and professionalism and I am continually thankful for the service I'm receiving with this property, the owner and Claire's management. The few times I have been into the office have always been pleasant as well, the staff are friendly and efficient, whatever I needed has always been prepared in advance. I look forward to a continued positive experience with Claire and the Force RE team.
