Superior service.
We rented a property in Mindarie Marina through Force Real Estate for a number of years. We were blessed in that our appointed property manager, Claire Keane was not your average PM. Claire was extremely professional, yet also warm and friendly. Always a pleasure to deal with and on the odd occasion, when essential maintenance was required, Claire responded swiftly, to make our experience as pleasant as possible. Force Real Estate always acted fairly, taking into consideration their duty to the landlord, but also representing us, as the tenants. I am of the opinion that any business is only as good as it's employees and in that respect, Claire Keane is an absolute asset to Force Real Estate. For friendly and professional service, Claire is your solution.

Prompt and friendly service
Claire Keane has been my Property Manager across multiple houses / villas from Hocking to Scarborough over the past 10 years. I have always found Claire to be incredibly responsive and easy to liaise with. Claire works well within what my needs are for each property and always runs things past me before giving a go-ahead which I like. I have recommended Claire and Force to several friends before and will continue to do so.
