Queries were responded to quickly either by phone or email. As a tenant, it is frustrating waiting days, or sometimes weeks, for agents to get back to you. As a tenant with a disability, and in my personal experience over the last year or more, Force Real Estate have been genuinely fantastic in terms of service, response times, and considering my individual needs. On more than one occasion, Force have truly gone above and beyond in ensuring I have what I need at the premises, and have happily accommodated some extenuating circumstance on my behalf too. If my current tenancy were to end tomorrow, I would certainly prioritise renting a property through Force again.
