Team Thompson were my first and only choice when it came to selling my home in May-June this year. I had my own idea of what my home was worth and it coincided with the team's appraisal. People ask why didn't I sell it myself? I know only too well what can go wrong and the fact that buyers are somewhat reluctant to deal directly with sellers. Andrew and Liselle's follow up was superb with follow up within 30 minutes of home opens finnishing and regular updates on what was taking place during the week. We had viewed a few houses and some of those were Andrew’s. He was welcoming and informative at all the viewings. When we saw the house we have brought we loved it. Andrew and his team were there to help us throughout the process. Team Thompson stood out from the other agents with their down to earth style & knowledge of our local area. Liselle & Andrew treated us like good friends & didnt just give a pitch, but also asked us questions about our expectations & requirements while answering any questions we had, honestly & clearly.
