Sold with no fuss

I worked in Real Estate with Andrew Thompson (later with Team Thompson) many years ago. Back then I respected Andrew's committment to his clients both sellers and buyers as well as his ethics. Team Thompson were my first and only choice when it came to selling my home in May-June this year. I had my own idea of what my home was worth and it coincided with the team's appraisal. People ask why didn't I sell it myself? I know only too well what can go wrong and the fact that buyers are somewhat reluctant to deal directly with sellers. Andrew and Liselle's follow up was superb with follow up within 30 minutes of home opens finnishing and regular updates on what was taking place during the week. They found me a buyer from the eastern states and got me a price I was happy with. If you are looking to sell get them in for an apprasal yku can thank me later.

Excellent from the start

We had viewed a few houses and some of those were Andrew’s. He was welcoming and informative at all the viewings. When we saw the house we have brought we loved it. Andrew and his team were there to help us throughout the process. Communication was fantastic and they kept us in the loop from the get go and ensured we were aware of everything and what needed to happen next etc. Couldn’t fault Andrew and his Team as they have been great to work with, professional, informative and knowledgeable about everything.

Excellentent communicator with deep understanding of the property market & local area.

Team Thompson stood out from the other agents with their down to earth style & knowledge of our local area. Liselle & Andrew treated us like good friends & didnt just give a pitch, but also asked us questions about our expectations & requirements while answering any questions we had, honestly & clearly. Andrew's market knowledge is exceptional & they are very experienced in Real Estate industry. He helped us decide on a key time to present our house to the market in these volatile times & it was right on point. Andrew is successful I think due to his committment to his network of clients & knowing what people are looking for in a property. His negotiation skills were imperative to achieving the price we wanted, & confirmed what we were asking was reasonable, and so conveyed that to the buyer for a successful result. Once offer accepted Andrew & Liselle have assisted with settlement agent info, next steps in sale process, and kept in touch regularly to ensure we have a smooth process through to handover.
