Quality service and excellent communication
Den puts his whole heart into his work. He is in contant contact with updates and explains the selling process well. All decisions were made knowing we had all the relevant information and new the pros and cons. Expenses were set out in detail right from the start. So glad we chose Den to sell our house.

Very competent
We sold our unit to relocate to Surfers Paradise. We had discussed selling before we took off caravanning and Jacob had identified the down market and we rented. When we found a unit in Qld the market was on the rise so we needed to act. Jacob advised a realistic sale price which facilitated a timely sale.
