James was professional, practical and patient in helping my mother and me sell her block. We regard Jamie as OUR real estate agent. He helped us to buy the house in Dalyellup eight years ago, and he was the one who sold it for us recently. Jamie has excellent knowledge of the market in Bunbury (he has lived and worked in Bunbury all his life). He knows the locals and the quirks of different areas or buildings. Even though the market is depressed, and we didn't make a profit on our sale, we believe that Jamie gave honest and correct information regarding the asking price for our property. During negotiations he was firm but fair, and always kept us up-to-date with the progress, even when things were moving slowly. We were happy to sell the property in a relatively short time-frame. Jamie is not your hard-selling, flashy, "typical" real estate agent. He cares about his clients and we have formed a great working relationship with him over the course of several years.
