When first I spoke to Ali, I was not even thinking about selling my investment property and I was also very sceptical, but talking to him alleviated my negativity and decided to give it a go. I said as this is a business, if a genuine outstanding offer is presented, I am happy to consider. Ali in no time provided me with a detailed market report and when I discussed my requirements with him to sell the property, he was very positive that he can deliver it. I wanted a higher price than what I had seen for comparable properties. After signed up including the marketing package where Ali had to help to resolve some silly computer problem, he was in contact at every stage including weekends and out of hours, to ensure that we were progressing, and I am fully in the loop. After the first weekend open house on the Saturday afternoon, I just called up not really expecting much. He presented five offers for me, out of which 2 were in excess. I said yes to the highest and within 48 hours deposit was taken and the contract was signed by me as well as the buyer. While after some negotiations the offer price was lowered - separate contract addition had to be signed for it - the entire package was to my total satisfaction at an amazing speed. About 4 weeks after my initial conversation with Ali, the contract is now unconditional. I am very satisfied with the outcome and just can say the best about Ali. Along the way always he was and is very professional, helpful to resolve anything and was working very hard and communicated in a very timely manner. Over an extended period of time, I have dealt with several RE agents in all aspects, buy / sell / rent / advice and have to say Ali is the best I ever had to deal with. In future, when I have the need the service of a RE agent, I know, who is the first person I will call. I cannot recommend him highly enough based on my experience. Thanks Ali, you are definitely a top professional who is a pleasure to deal with.
